Cancellation Policy

At Lotus Group, we understand that travel plans can change. For this reason, we offer clear and transparent cancellation terms for all guests who pay an advance deposit or complete full online payment at the time of booking.

Free Cancellation — Up to 30 Days Before Arrival

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
In this case, the full amount paid (advance deposit or full stay amount) will be refunded in its entirety.

Cancellations Within 30 Days of Arrival

If a cancellation occurs within 30 days before the arrival date, the standard cancellation rules apply and payments already made are generally non-refundable.

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If a guest needs to cancel due to exceptional situations (such as a medical emergency or a bereavement in the family), we kindly ask that they submit a written request together with any relevant documentation.

Upon receiving this request, our team will review the case and, depending on availability and the specifics of the situation, may offer one of the following options:

Rebooking the reservation for another available period, or

Issuing a value voucher (“credit note”) that can be used for a future stay.


Please note that each exceptional request is evaluated individually and approval is not guaranteed.
